– a complete antidote to the stress and rigors that life throws at you. A carefree environment
where you plan an hour and stay all day.
Due to the popularity of the Naked Fisherman it is highly recommended to make reservations in advance, if tables are not readily available you can take casual seat at the bar, simply relax with a drink and listen to the waves. After all what’s the rush?

The Naked Fisherman ‘Tale’
When Cap Maison was under construction,
it transpired that three local fishermen, were
in the habit of coming to Smugglers Cove each
morning very early. It was also their habit to dive
into the sea, ‘au naturel’ and go about their fishing.
It became amusing when during the restaurant
training sessions, which began at 9am a few
weeks before the opening, the female staff always
turned up early and gathered at the clifftop to
view the ‘action’.
Needless to say the practice has now desisted,
but the name lives on…
