St Lucia Triathlon returns for the fourth time November

Event number four and we are loving the fact that this has become an annual fixture in the Saint Lucia sporting calendar. So the triathletes will all be heading back to the Caribbean sunshine for the 2016 event! There are three distances to choose from – each with Individual and Relay entry options.

So welcome to the fourth instalment of Tri St. Lucia – now firmly one of the Caribbean’s favourite triathlons! Warm water, cool breezes and a challenging but scenic bike ride await our 2016 participants. Encouraging you all the way (he shouts a lot) and welcoming you at the Finish Line is our Olympic friend and Race Ambassador Daley Thompson.

Its not just about Race Day either. New this year is a longer 4km iconic swim in the week prior – in addition to Daley’s beach work outs, Olympian Swim Master Classes with Jamie Peterkin and a Fun Run (all included in your Race fee). Add to that our social events – a Finishing Line Beach BBQ and an island boat cruise – and its easy to see why this has become a perfect week of sport, sun and new friendships. Race Day is 19th November 2016 but we recommend arriving during the week prior to take advantage of the full week of special events.

NOTE: In St Lucia they Cycle on the left. The roads are good quality asphalt, the course is quite hilly and it will be hot and very humid.
